1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on this website.
By completing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Divi Workshop provides digital courses, downloadable files, templates, and related educational material.
Access to digital products is granted solely to the purchaser and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

If you are unsure whether a product is right for you, please contact us before making a purchase. We are happy to help clarify what is included.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in USD.
Payments are securely processed through Stripe or PayPal.

Divi Workshop does not store, process, or have access to your payment card information.

3. Digital Products & Course Access

Digital products—including online courses, templates, code snippets, and downloadable resources—are delivered automatically after purchase via email or through a secure access page.

Because access to digital content begins immediately, the right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU (for EU customers).

All digital purchases are final, except in cases of technical defects.

4. Refunds

To avoid misunderstandings, customers are encouraged to contact us before purchasing if they have any questions about the course content, skill level required, or suitability for their needs.

Refunds for digital products are generally not available.

Refunds may only be issued if:

the product is technically defective, and
the issue cannot be resolved after contacting our support team.

Refunds are not provided for:

change of mind,
accidental or incorrect purchases,
misunderstanding the content without contacting us beforehand,
or any request made after course access has begun.

5. License & Usage Rights

All course materials—including videos, lessons, templates, documents, design assets, and downloadable files—are protected by copyright.

Purchasers receive a non-exclusive license to use the materials for their own personal or business projects.

You may not:

resell, repackage, or redistribute the course materials,
share your login credentials,
publish course content online,
or claim the materials as your own original work.

Violation of these terms may result in revoked access without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Divi Workshop is not liable for:

indirect or consequential damages,
loss of profits or revenue,
loss of data,
or issues caused by hosting providers, WordPress plugins, Divi, or other third-party software.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts or, for EU consumers, through the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
